What do you get?
You will receive 2 Fresh Fillets of Brixham Plaice (200g approx. per fillet), Brixham Plaice is outstanding, and you can always spot Plaice, due to the notable orange spots on the skin.
Plaice is a real favourite within the UK, and has so many ways in which you can cook this wonderful Devon fish.
Plaice lends itself well to being grilled, with a knob of butter, and a squeeze of lemon, but another way in which we love to enjoy our sustainable Plaice, is by breadcrumbing it, and shallow frying the fish, served with a generous helping of creamed leeks, delicious!
How will the fish arrive?
As with all of our fish, our Fresh Brixham Plaice Fillets will come expertly filleted, vacuum packed, labelled and ready for you to cook. Each fillet will be approx. 200g. We do our upmost to ensure that there are no bones in the fish after filleted, however, it is always worth you checking.
Our sustainable fish will be delivered to you by our own driver, we never use couriers, that way we can guarantee an excellent service from start to finish, so you are able to enjoy our fresh, sustainable seafood.
How long will the fish last & storage information.
You can keep our Fresh Brixham Plaice Fillets in your fridge for 3 days, or you can freeze it for as long as you like. Our fresh is landed within 24 hours of it being at your door, so the fish is incredibly fresh.
