John Dory is a beautiful fish, that is extremely popular throughout the top kitchens in the UK. The unusual look of this fish can often mislead people, but do not be mistaken, this fish is absolutely wonderful.

This fish will be bought from Brixham Market on the day it gets delivered to you, we will buy this fish from one of the Day Boats, which guarantees you complete quality and freshness. The size of the fish will vary between 700g/1kg, which is a very generous size, and could do 2 portions.

The John Dory will arrive whole, however if you wish for it to be filleted, just ask.

You can keep this John Dory in your fridge for 5 days, or you can freeze it for as long as you like.
