Plaice, easily identified fish with its vibrant orange spots, it has been a stalwart in British cooking for decades, a popular fish in England, and a beautifully flavoured fish, which can be enjoyed whole or filleted. Have this fish filleted, and then breadcrumb the fish, pan fry and serve with hearty creamed leeks, for a flavoursome plate of Nostalgia.
