As with all of our fish, The Monkfish is expertly filleted and comes vacuum packed, labelled and ready for you to cook. We do our upmost to ensure that there are no bones in the fish after filleted, however, it is always worth you checking.
How long will the fish last & storage information.
You can keep our Monkfish in the fridge for up to 3 days. Alternatively, you can freeze the Monkfish on the day it arrives.
