Pollack

Firm, thick and a truly underrated fish (in our opinion). Pollack is a great fish to enjoy with British and Mediterranean flavours – from rich tomato based sauces, to delicate white wine sauces – Pollack is the perfect fish to pair.

One of the easier fishes to cook, its skin is more robust than most, meaning it is perfect to pan fry and achieve that desired crispy skin.

Pollack makes wonderful Fish & Chips, make a fabulous batter, and enjoy a classic UK favourite with this stunning fish.
