For years we have been working with River Teign Shellfish, based near Teignmouth – they produce the finest Mussels, which are rope grown. This means the Mussels are clean, with minimal grit or sand, and you get plump Mussels, with a beautifully sweet flavour. Mussels are an incredinly sustainable food source, and have high nutritional value.
