Our Scallops are landed in Brixham market daily, and our cut to your preference by our team. You can have them as full meat (meaning no shell) ideal for pan-frying. Or, you can have them half shell, ideal for BBQ’ing or baking in the oven.
By far one of our most popular products, and we have built our reputation on quality, well-sourced Scallops since we began the business in 2019.
How will the Scallops arrive?
Our Scallops will arrive washed, and in bags ready for you to eat. We would recommend quickly rinsing them in cold salty water, just to be sure that there are no fragments of sand or shell attached to the Scallops.
The Scallops will be delivered to you by our own driver, we never use couriers, that way we can guarantee an excellent service from start to finish, so you are able to enjoy our fresh, sustainable seafood.
Choose from half shell or meat before you order.
How long will the fish last?
You can keep our Scallops in the fridge for up to 3 days. We do not advise freezing the Scallops, as when you freeze fresh scallops, you ruin their texture and take away the flavour.
