Smoked by our friends at Severn & Wye Smokery, Manx Kippers are a real classic, and a favourite when it comes to seafood breakfast/brunch. Manx Kippers are made using Herring, and have a wonderful salty & Smokey flavour, with a beautiful bronzed colour.
