Stuffed Monkfish Joint - Olive, Tomato & Rosemary (Serves 2)

Our Stuffed Monkfish Joints are a massive favourite in our shop, so now are selling them online! They are a taste sensation, and supper easy to cook.

Stuffed with Tomato, Olives, Garlic, Rosemary - they have a deep and rich flavour, which partners superbly well with some potatoes and veg, for a nutritious and delicious meal.

1 Monkfish joint serves two people.

How to cook?

Simply pre-heat your oven to 180, and then pop the Monkfish on a baking tray and roast in oven for twenty minutes. MAKE SURE TO CUT AND REMOVE THE STRING AFTER YOU HAVE COOKED THE FISH, AND BEFORE YOU EAT IT.

We recommend that you store this fish in the fridge in for 3 days, or you can freeze the fish for as long as you like.
