Stuffed Monkfish Joints - Chimichurri (Serves 2)

Our Stuffed Monkfish Joints are a massive favourite in our shop, so now are selling them online! They are a taste sensation, and supper easy to cook.

Stuffed with our homemade 'Chimichurri' mix this Monkfish joint consist of Mexican inspired flavours, and is vibrant with Parsley, Coriander, Red Onion and a hint of Chilli.

1 Monkfish joint serves two people.

How to cook?

Simply pre-heat your oven to 180, and then pop the Monkfish on a baking tray and roast in oven for twenty minutes. MAKE SURE TO CUT AND REMOVE THE STRING AFTER YOU HAVE COOKED THE FISH, AND BEFORE YOU EAT IT.
